Who I Work With

You may feel at home here if...

you are someone who wants to know yourself more deeply.

You have spent years being the person others rely on. You have learned how to adapt, manage, and keep moving forward, but you are beginning to wonder what it would feel like to give some of that care and attention to yourself.

Maybe you are navigating a season of change: a relationship has shifted, a loss has occurred, a new chapter has begun, life has moved in a direction you didn’t expect.

Perhaps you are noticing patterns in your thoughts, emotions, relationships, or the way you move through life that you would like to understand more fully.

You may be seeking support with:

  • Anxiety, stress, or feeling overwhelmed
  • Burnout and the demands of everyday life
  • Grief and loss
  • Life transitions and periods of uncertainty
  • Relationship challenges
  • Self-esteem and self-worth
  • Questions of identity, meaning, or purpose
  • Feeling disconnected from yourself or the life you want to be living

The people I work with are often open-minded and reflective. They are curious about themselves and willing to examine the events, beliefs, and patterns that have influenced who they are today.

They may come to counselling during times of transition, uncertainty, or emotional overwhelm. They may be feeling exhausted from carrying too much for too long, adjusting to changes in relationships or life circumstances, or questioning what they want for the next chapter of their lives.

Some come with a specific challenge they want support with. Others may simply have a sense that they would like to understand themselves better, create a deeper connection with themselves, or reconnect with what feels meaningful.

You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. You only need a willingness to begin where you are, as you are.
